Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Purchases

All CallMindz premium subscriptions are purchased and processed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms of service and payment policies.

2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: Billed every month from the date of purchase
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually from the date of purchase

Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You can cancel the trial at any time through Google Play Store settings.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open the Google Play Store app
• Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Select CallMindz and tap "Cancel subscription"

After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Important: Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play Store.

5. Refund Policy

Within 48 hours of purchase:

• You can request a refund directly through Google Play Store. Go to play.google.com → Order History → find the CallMindz purchase → Request Refund.
• Google typically processes these refunds automatically.

After 48 hours:

• Contact us at info@callmindz.com with your Google Play order ID and the reason for your refund request.
• We will review your request within 3 business days.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Technical issues that prevent the App from functioning as described and cannot be resolved by our support team
• Accidental or unauthorized purchases (with reasonable evidence)
• Being charged after a successful cancellation
• Duplicate charges for the same subscription period

7. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after using premium features for an extended period
• Failure to cancel subscription before the renewal date
• Issues caused by device incompatibility, user error, or third-party software
• Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period (unless required by law)
• Requests made more than 30 days after the charge

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Google Play and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
