1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CallMindz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CallMindz is a call log management and analytics application that helps users import, organize, tag, analyze, and export their phone call history. The App provides features including call analytics dashboard, call notes, status tracking, automation rules, PDF/CSV export, Google Sheets sync, and cloud backup.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use CallMindz. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CallMindz offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic call log import, viewing, and limited export functionality.
• Pro Tier: Full analytics dashboard, unlimited export (PDF/CSV), Google Sheets sync, automation rules, spam detection, and cloud backup.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or violate the privacy of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its features
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation

7. Intellectual Property

CallMindz and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by CallMindz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. User Data & Privacy

Your use of CallMindz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your call log data and user-generated content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CallMindz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Call log data imported from your device will be 100% accurate or complete
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallMindz and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
