Manage call performance without micromanaging
Sales teams close deals on the phone. But without visibility, managers rely on self-reported numbers. CallMindz automates call tracking so the data is always accurate.
Team overview dashboard
See total calls made, received, and missed across your team. Spot trends in daily activity without asking each person for updates.
Individual performance cards
Drill into each team member's stats: call volume, average duration, missed call rate, and tag distribution to understand work patterns.
Missed call alerts
Get notified when team-wide missed calls spike. Ensure prospects are not waiting too long for callbacks during busy periods.
Follow-up completion tracking
See which callbacks have been made and which are overdue. Help your team stay on top of leads that need a second touch.
Date range comparisons
Compare this week vs. last week, or this month vs. previous. Identify dips in activity before they impact pipeline numbers.
Export team reports
Download team call activity as CSV for use in sales reviews, CRM imports, or performance meetings. No manual data entry required.
Team call tracking FAQ
How does team call tracking work?
Each team member installs CallMindz and syncs call logs to the cloud. The manager gets a web dashboard showing all team activity — total calls, missed calls, follow-ups, and individual performance metrics.
Can I see individual team member stats?
Yes. The dashboard breaks down call volume, missed call rate, average duration, and tag usage per member so you can identify who needs support and who is performing well.
Is data shared between team members?
No. Each team member only sees their own call logs. Only the manager or admin account has access to the aggregated team view. Individual notes and recordings remain private.
